Summer 2018



Steps to Register:


1. Attend Required Parent Orientation 

  • Current Members Registration: April 13, 2018, 6pm-7pm


  • Open Registration: April 17, 2018, Every Tuesday, 6pm-7pm


2. Fill out Application

3. Make payment upon registration

**$35 fee is non-refundable before May 25th. Additional fees are non-refundable after May 25th.

We would GREATLY appreciate and are accepting case water donations to help with field trips!

School Year Program Begins August 21, 2017



 2017- 2018  School Year Program Hours:


August 21- August 25 and August 28 - September 1, 2017,  Club closes at 6p.m.


Beginning September 5, 2017, Club will be open M-F, 3:00pm - 7:00pm    


    (Holiday hours vary. Call or visit the branch, refere to Branch Manager in regards to specialized programs and extended hours.) 


NEW Member Parent Orientation

If your child will be a new member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Arlington, a parent orientation is required in order to register. 



Membership: $35 per year, per child
Activity Fee: $10 per year, per child
Total due upon registration: $45 per year, per child
If your child is was current 2017 summer member you must complete and submit a Renewal Form and pay the renewal fee of $10 per child.
this included a daily snack and dinner!



**SUMMIT STUDENTS- We only offer transportation services for Summit members who are in 7th grade and above. Summit has early release every Wednesday. Our Main Branch will pick up members. There is an additional weekly cost of $5 due every Monday.

We do not pick up members from Primary. Primary is part of our School Site on-campus afterschool program. Please click School Sites to be direvted to the page.


Form of payment accepted is credit/debit card or money order only. NO Checks!



After-school transportation: The Club provides after-school transportation only for the following schools:

Jean Massieu Academy, Wimbish, Speer, Webb Elem., *Summit International Uplift Secondary, Shackelford Jr. High & Lamar H.S. 

Arrangements MUST BE arranged with branch staff. *Summit Secondary will have an early pick up fee for Wednesday early release.



Other schools served, NO After School Transportation available for these schools: The Main Branch welcomes members from surrounding schools, however after-school transportation is not available.
